CANCELLATION POLICY

Late Arrivals : 5 minute grace period, If you arrive more than 5 minutes late I’ll do my best to fit you in my schedule if time allows. Otherwise your appointment will be canceled or required to reschedule. Canceling/ Rescheduling : Rescheduled appointments must be made 24 hours PRIOR to appointment time to avoid any fees. Due to fail will result in a 30% fee charge - If more than one reschedule happens you will result in a 50% fee charge Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total No call - No shows will result in a 100% fee charge This policy helps offer available appointments to other clients and make the best use of our time.
